  • IP address (collected by hosting infrastructure, not stored by us directly)

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial account details, government IDs).

All third-party tools used are subject to their own privacy policies.


7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to deliver the service and meet legal obligations. For inactive contacts (no purchase, no engagement in 24 months), we remove personal data from our active systems.

You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
